Issue Resolution & Refund Policy

At Action Academy, we prioritize resolving issues through accountability, communication, and resolution. However, we understand that certain situations may require a refund or credit.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, experience a family emergency, or have a unique situation, please contact our support team for assistance. We will work to correct the issue, improve our services, or make necessary changes. If we are unable to resolve the problem, a credit for unused services may be issued.

Refund & Credit Guidelines

• Refund requests must be made before the end of the month/session—requests after this period will not be accepted.

• Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.

• Credits are non-transferable but do not expire.

• Non-Refundable Tuition:

  • Member registration secures a student’s spot in class, regardless of attendance.

  • Tuition is non-refundable unless a formal notice is given to discontinue enrollment.

  • Tuition continues to accrue until proper cancellation is completed.

• Parent/Guardian Responsibility:

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for tracking payment requirements and canceling enrollment as needed.

• Make-Up Classes:

  • Offered as a courtesy and hold no monetary value.

  • Make-up tokens cannot be used for tuition or other financial obligations.

  • Students must be actively enrolled to use make-up tokens.

• Non-Payment Policy:

  • Students may be dropped from a class or program if no payment or payment attempt is made within 60 days (2 months).

  • Any outstanding balance must be cleared before re-enrollment.

• Policy Purpose:

  • These policies ensure consistent training and help maintain small class ratios for an enhanced learning experience.

Classes, Clinics, & Camps Policies

• Registration & Fees:

  • Annual Anniversary/Registration fees are non-refundable once participation has started and at least 2 classes or 1 camp week have been completed.

  • If enrollment has not started, new members are eligible for a full refund of the Anniversary/Registration fee.

• Tuition Refunds:

  • If the session/program/class/camp has not started, a prorated refund will be issued for the "used" time.

  • A $20.00 admin fee applies to refunds, but not to credits.

  • No refunds will be issued after the 3rd class of the month or the 3rd camp weekday. Only partial credits will be offered for future use.

• Program Cancellations:

  • If Action Academy cancels a session/program/class/camp, a full refund or credit will be provided. No admin fee applies.

• Gym Closures:

  • If the gym is closed for more than 2 weeks due to natural disaster or other unavoidable instance a credit will be issued for all paid tuition and unused class/camp/clinic/party time.

• Medical & Emergency Withdrawals:

  • Refunds or credits will be issued without an admin fee for withdrawals due to:

    • Medical reasons (valid doctor’s note required).

    • Family emergencies (management approval required).
